Planning, organizing, developing and following up the implementation of activities relating to the implementation and analysis of field studies and surveys related to measuring opinion, satisfaction , complaint, suggestions, needs and expectations of all stakeholder groups on the services provided by the department; recommending the corrective actions to upgrade tourism performance level in the emirate
Accompanying foreign tourists and delegations to tourist, historic and archaeological areas, landmarks and facilities and providing them with the necessary related information. Maintaining safety of tourists accompanied and their possessing, and not to be subjected to any harassment. Direct propaganda and promotion for cultural heritage of Ajman through information the tourists are provided with.
